• We are asking a variety personal questions to help us reach a wider demographic in our patient groups, and ensure diversity amongst participants.
• We recognise that some people may regard this information as private and therefore have included the option of ‘prefer not say’ in all categories.
• The information you provide here will assist us to shortlist applicants.
• We will endeavour to let you know if you have been shortlisted in the week beginning 7^th April 2025.
• If shortlisted, applicants will be invited to talk to us either virtually online or by telephone. We aim for these calls to take place in the weeks beginning 14^th April & 21^st April.
• We hope you will consider applying for a place on our panel. Please be advised that if you are successful in your application and you agree to participate in the panel, we will pass your details to the Security Watchdog who will conduct a check on certain elements of your personal information, such as your identity or social media activity, to ensure the safety and comfort of all the panel members. Please refer to our Privacy Policy. Please rest assured that these checks will not commence until we have made you an offer of participation in the panel which you have expressly accepted.
  Should you not be successful we will delete your personal data from our files unless we recieve explicit permission from you to retain them for future opportunities. We will email you with more information on this at the time.
